The terms and conditions for using Gametavo and its games.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gametavo (the "Site") and its games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Free to Play
All games on Gametavo are provided free of charge. There are no accounts, subscriptions, in-game purchases, or wagering of any kind on this Site. Nothing on Gametavo involves real-money gambling or games of chance for prizes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by anyone else. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to disrupt the Site, reverse-engineering game code for malicious purposes, or using automated tools to interact with the games in a way that degrades the experience for others.

7. Local Storage & Progress
Game progress, scores, and best times are stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for loss of this data due to clearing your browser storage, switching devices, or browser updates.
8. Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, or remove games and features at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Gametavo's operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. This section will be updated with the specific governing jurisdiction once Gametavo's operating entity is finalized.
